How is End of Service Calculated?
According to **Article 84** of the Saudi Labor Law, the reward is calculated as follows:
- First 5 Years: Half a month's salary for each year.
- After 5 Years: One full month's salary for each additional year.
What if you Resign? (Article 85)
If you resign, the amount depends on your total service:
- Less than 2 years: **No reward.**
- 2 to 5 years: **1/3 of the reward.**
- 5 to 10 years: **2/3 of the reward.**
- Over 10 years: **Full reward.**
